This a new service offered by Lookers Sunbed Hire. Whilst the units look just like our range of Tanning Sunbeds, the concept is completely different.

You will not get a tan from one of these units, however there are many benefits for you to consider. The light penetrates human tissue to a depth of between 8-10mm, and provides beneficial treatment of:

  • Wrinkles - your skin will look younger, as these units firms aged and tired skin. The light promotes Collagen Production
  • Broken Capillaries - Increases circulation due to increased formulation of broken capillaries.
  • Scars - can delicately fade stretch marks
  • Cellulite -
  • Wounds
  • Age Spots
  • Improves consistency of the skins coloration and complexion

You may think this all sounds too good to be true, and whilst the benefits will differ from one person to another, independent scientific research backs up the claims made by many leading manufacturers of the tubes such as Phillips.

How does it work ?

  1. The Red Light Therapy Unit increases the circulation by formulation of new capillaries
  2. New Capillaries speed up the healing process in damaged skin.
  3. The process stimulates the production of collagen, a protein with a high elasticity level that is used to repair damaged tissue.

Number of Treatments

A course of twelve treatments is recommended, taken twice weekly. Starting at 10 minutes increasing to 20 minutes - no UV light but "Red" light only. It is recommended to use a Hyalauronic acid creme in conjunction with the treatment to ensure best results. Lookers Sunbed Hire Ltd are able to supply these for you.

Treatment should be repeated every 3 - 4 months

Collagen Red Light Therapy Hire is a new service, and we are pleased to be one of the first companies in the UK to offer these Collagen Therapy units for hire. These Collagen Therapy Units are designed specifically for home hire. They are designed to be fitted typically in a bedroom, and can be easily stored out of the way when not in use.

The Collagen Therapy Hire unit is fitted on a fully adjustable stand, and can be easily moved as it has the benefit of castor wheels. When not in use the Collagen Therapy Hire Unit is stored upright which means it takes up little space.
